If you are ever looking for great North Indian food I would recommend this place. Though it is a complete hole-in-the-wall, the food is great. It's also really cheaply priced for the quality of Indian food.
I would probably recommend this place more for take-out since the dining area is pretty small. As we were sitting there a lot of people came in/out to get their take-out. My sister and I ended up sharing our 4 person table with 2 other diners because there wasn't much seating (though we didn't mind).
The Chicken Tikka Masala is a great classic. We had another lamb dish that I can't recall the name of- it was to die for. The Naan was much better then a lot of other places in Chennai.
Ordered delivery from Momos few days ago as i wanted to give it a try.
Everything that followed the nice welcoming was absolutely delightful and enjoyable.
The food was succulent; i have been to various places many times and believe me i was much more impressed with Mo-mos, cooked to perfection.
The lamb mo-mos as my main course was heaven, perfectly spiced, the meat melts in my mouth. My guest had the chicken mo-mos and same, the delicious flavors and the combination of all the sauces was yummy.
The service was timely and friendly, smiley and professional.
The whole experience was absolutely divine and yes Momos is a great place for Take Away or Home Delivery to impress friends that are visiting or simply if you want to celebrate a special occasion.
Thank you to the all staff at Momo; i had a fantastic memorable dinner. I`ll definitely call back.
