Utterly useless and non-cooperative staff, especially the urology dept.
No concern for patient worries, no respect for patient time..
had to wait for totally useless 2 hrs just for 1 minute ofmeeting with urology doc...that too followed by only by list of tests with unexplained need... arrogant staff, more than 3 times the fees of other hospitals....all they care about is to make money
