I brought an LG ac from E zone NOIDA. The experience was not good. Even after four days
no one came to install the AC. I was fed up calling their number, which was always busy. Finally
they told me to call the LG customer case. As per them, its LG's responsibility.
Now it has been 5 days, calling the customer care of LG and no results. My friend purchased the
AC from LG shoppe, noida on thursday and his AC got installed the next day. I suggest to buy from
the LG,Samsung... showrooms. If you buy from showrooms, you get prompt service.
DO NOT BUY FROM EZONE, BUY FROM SHOWROOMS instead
