Very bad at service
I had booked a hyundai i10 car from speed wheel cars & finance on 04/04/11. I
was committed that with my car I will get the following accessories as
complimentary.
1. Seat covers
2. Mud flaps
3. Car matting
4. Teflon coating
5. Sun film control
6. Air freshner
I was communicated that all the free accessories will be fitted and the car will
be delivered on 28/04/11. I received my car on 28/04/11 only with the floor
matting on delivery. From 01/05/11 till date (04/05/11) I am being following up
with the dealer and have to move to his office for the fitting as per his
convinence. The quality of seat covers he had offered were of a degraded
quality and he has still not done the teflon coating of the vehicle. The people
in the dealers office now talk rudely and use bad words for communicating with
me. I have all the original documents of the car with them and I fear they
might do some problem with the same
