purchased a SAMSUNG washing machine on 04.05.2011, on 12 noon, in west tambaram branch ph 04432010442 and i said iam going to my native on 05.05.2011 morning 11'0 clock train so make delevired within 04.04.2011, the manager also told maximum it will delivered in evening, but till 7.30 it's not came , i call to manager, he told it's on the way, till 8.30it's not came, then again i call when he hear my voice at the moment he disconnect and swith off till today morning 10a.m , because of NEXT i cancelled my train, i really disappointed with NEXT showroom..........
