Recently pamplets were been distributed in siasat paper of the gr8 az a public school let me tell you the originality of this school
It say well stocked , well ventilated , peaceful library :WHERE THE CHILD IS NEVER TAKEN
A well equipped computer lab: all the systen full of virus which hardly work computer engineers are called but never repaired nor new systems are bought.
Extra marks - smart class :WHICH NO TEACHER KNOWS TO OPERATE ONLY POOR COMPUTER TEACHERS ARE BURDENED
Spacious classrooms EACH CLASS HAS NEARLY 45 STUDENTS AND YOU THINK ITS SPACIOUS NO PLACE FOR A TEACHER TO WALK ONLY
highly qualified trchrs WAT A LIE A TEACHER CANT TALK PROPER ENGLISH NOR THE INCHARGES
PLAY WAY METHOD OF TEACHING FORGET IT ONCE A CHILD AFTER GETTING INSIDE CAN NEVER GO OUT. NO GROUND FOR PRIMARY. EACH BENCH 3- 3 CHILDRN SITTING
NO ACTIVITIES DONE ONLY DRAWING ONCE IN A BLUE MOON
THROUGH OUT THE YEAR ADMISSIONS ARE OPEN MANY TEACHERS JOIN WHEN THE SCHOOL RE OPENS BUT BY THE END OF AUGUST EVERY 1 RUNS AWAY THROUGH OUT THE YEAR YOU CAN SEE THE ADVERTISEMENT IN THE PAPER FOR TEACHER WELL YOU ONLY THINK WHY WILL A GOOD SCHOOL NEED TEACHER THROUGH OUT THE YEAR.

I was working as a teacher at AZPS and it was the most horrible working experience of my life. The working environment is horrible with the management being extremely sadist in their approach. They would call you for full working days on second Saturdays with none of the faculty having any work to do.Also on national holidays, teachers were expected to work otherwise their salary was deducted. The management loved delaying the work of the teachers, so that the teachers could carry the work home. They absolutely have no respect for a teacher personal life. They also have lot of politics in school. My personal recommendation is that dont join the school as a teacher. Its like a horrible nightmare working with AZPS and deframing such a noble profession. .

A school in which the HODS plays dirty politics with the teachers. No one is gd enough to be trusted
Be wary of the management.
Most good teachers are in the process of leaving the school or already left. Around 15 teachers left last year and I understand that whatever quality teachers are not respected. I have very poor experience with the qualification of the teachers. some would not fit to teach even in Government schools.
I was earlier impressed with their presentation and show of amenities. Turns out that this was farce. They treat you like dirt with their "this is what they have and take it or leave it attitude".
Many of us have decided to move out at the earliest possible.

salam, azra school is good at stdies makes huge efforts after the stdnts but i feel the stdnts r getting stressed out by the loads of wrk that they are being given .we all want them reduce the stress of the stdnts and as per teacher' view i can say its the company of robots .it wants its staff to wrk like robots. they are more concerned how to take more of the wrk 4m their teachers and teh school doesn't have a godd atmosphere 4 the teachers specially to wrk.the incharges or the heads are responsible 4 supporting groupism and favouritism ,seniors take advantage of their juniors .well,i hope one day it becomes a good place 4 a teacher toooooo .

As far it comes to education its really very good when it comes as working as a teacher its the worst no teacher knows how to talk, mannerless , subject not alloted according to the teacher qualification any 1 can teach any thing. I personaily suggest not to join as a teacher loaded with work ,back bitting leg pulling, groupism, favouritism. The worst experience any 1 can ever haveno courtesy no feeling.
