I used their services for installing Berloni furniture for my kitchen. Do NOT go by what they display in their showroom because that is NOT what you are going to get! It seems they outsource installation to some migrating labor who do not care for workmanship or finishing. The result is that all my kitchen shutters are sagging and misaligned, this after paying humongous sum. Call the owner after paying your money and he is always "busy". Wouldn't recommend this guy - spend your hard-earned money somewhere else.
While I had exactly the same issue as the one mentioned above, I still choose to give a good feedback to Ram Ceramics mainly because they accepted their mistake and did all they can to help me. I received my tiles after 20 days (promised was 10). Will recommend them anytime.
They provide hard-wood furniture, which is the reason I decided to buy from them. First experience was OK, but unfortunately in my next order, wood used was poor, and all furniture showed cracks just after one month - dining table cracked from middle, chairs cracked and showcase became bent at multiple places. So in result, huge money spent and bad quality furniture are what I ended up with. They are NOT happy with the idea of repairing, I was informed that I need to wait for a long time, so I am doing just that. Go with them only if you are willing to take the risk.
