My in laws just came in from Hyderabad and I am feeling so very guilty to have booked them in Omer Travels on redbus.in. I should never have done that. They got the connecting bus from SR Nagar to some other place and it as the most pathetic bus and so very over crowded and the driver was the most rash driver. My mom-in-law got a swelled forearm. Again when they got into the bus there were more passengers then seats and that delayed the bus for another 90 mins. Some how this animal moved and it again broke down 80kms from Pune. They were informed nothing and there was another delay of 3 hrs. Conductor then asked my in laws to unload and get into another bus which will take them to Pune. But the other bus (from same travels) was full and they were asked to stand. They did not complied and somehow the first bus got repaired. They reached Mumbai at 1:40PM where they were supposed to reach at 7:30AM. All through this ordeal the uneducated, ill mannered and unhygienic staff was most rude. If you want to have safe and peaceful journey and you care for your loved ones, avoid this travel at any cost. Nothing is worth
