I feel bad, Because the staff working in this shop, are not happy. therefore they cant make a customer hapy. For Example I can give 2 cases, where they had no interest to deliver the free gifts to my relative, who stays far away from Kolkata. (1) Ref your bill no 27178 dtd 02/05/2011 shift-2, cashier-10009409 for rs.1852.70 & earned a free gift, which was not deliverd to him, (2) ref your bill no.35402 dtd.08/01/11, shift-2. cashier-15355 for rs.2250.80 & earned a free gift, this time also they hav not delivered the same. Both your bills are with me. Now I would request to look into the matter and take action in this regard & inform me accordingly.
