I am unhappy with the service given by th executive in the shop. I had a footware and after use for two hours it had totally worn off and i immediately called the store they asked me to visit the store to give it for mending it and they had also mentioned it would take 15 days for me to collect it. After this episode i went to the store an dthey refused saying that they never spoke and the person in charge was so rude and didnt give a good customer service. The name of the person incharge is Mr. Balu. ...Never would visit the store again.
