Hi, It had been a good experience learning yoga from Bhaswati ma'm. She focuses on a complete approach, focusing food habits, general routine and yoga. I have got relief from general weakness and lack of energy. I felt my body to be more flexible & felt better muscle strength. I can move with ease.I have got relief from gas/acidity-related issues. I have also learned nasal irrigation technique which was of great use to take the flum out of the nose and relieve my sinus issues. Since the teacher gives lot of personal attention to the specific issues of each individual, it benefits us more than any other general yoga classes with many people.The teacher is also free enough to answer our doubts on the yogasanas.
