Woody's JP Nagar, was always one of our favourite restaurants. On 18th June, we had a very bad experience- very poor service. Restaurant Manager and the superviser were least bothered about the way the service was taking place . We personally tried to convey our disatisfaction to the Restaurant Manager and the superviser, who almost ignored to pay attention to us. It took 45 minutes for us to get dosas which was not served hot. Woody's famous Mysore Masala dosa was a real disaster. Would be happy if proper action is taken to set things right. (Would appreciate if the couple( owners) who presented themselves everyday when self service counter was launched, took personal care to look into this matter.).
