"YOU" whoever you are? It's very clear that you hav made a single ID and commenting in this sections a s a parent, as a teacher etc. Your only purpose is to defame this reputed institution. I am a teacher in this school and i am happy n satisfied with all means. I dont know wat went wrong with u, but all my colleagues and myself are enjoying the respect we are getting here. We are not overburdened anytime, we are paid properly and also we are being treated considerately by the management at every stage.
Mumtaz madam, the principal has always been very polite and understanding also with our personal problems, and that doesnt happen everywhere. I would say its a gr8 experience working here. I wont say that its a perfect management here coz nothing is perfect. But is a great management. Probably "YOU" did not give ur best and so u got back wat u gave, coz everyone tastes the fruit of his/her own deeds. U talking about backbiting, when u urself are doing the same!, y dont u cum face to face and say all this rather than steeping so low to comment like this with a fake identity.
Please dont take it personally, but i feel its very unethical of u to do this. coz this is a wonderful place to work . so back off missy!
