I aarti Panchal from delhi, drafting horoscope from your goodself, but due to communication gap, time and date of birth is wrongly appreared on book, after discussion with Mr. Vineet from your office they told me that the said horoscope book will replaced after new book. Then I send the book vide Blaxeflash Courier Ltd. vide C/note No. 112195327 dtd. 19.05.2011 and the same was delivered in your office on 20.05.2011, Mr. Vineet accepted that the said courier recd. by them. I contact regularly Mr. Vineet about my new horoscope but they have not given me any satisfactory reply. Now almost one month has passed i contact Mr. Vineet about the horoscope they told me that we have not recd. your old documents . Panditji i want to know is this good services to your customers.
