Movie Time Pitampura sucks, this is a third class theater, plz avoid visiting it. We visited this theater today watch movie Delhi Belly. As we booked our tickets online through book my show, we were able to grab the tickets but once we entered the Audi 2, it was stincking, AC's were not working and more over our seats were already occupied and there was no one to resolve the matter then I went outside the Audi and asked to that who is taking care of this. Then a young man came in and he tried to give us seats available in first few rows, where as we booked Platinum tickets and 5 row from the top.
Upon asking for our seats he was very rude and we had to shout for this then he tried to get our seats free but he involved there are also in fight with other peoples.
More over upon asking for refund management at theater was making excuses but some how we were able to get our refund.
But this was really a worst experience, we had to travel for ~1 hour and then face such incident.
I would advice only to avoid visiting Movie Times Pitampura.... you will surely get a horrible experience...
