I had a very bad experience in Bounce ...I will never suggest this for anyone.I had met this rude lady who claimed herself to be the Trainer for Loreal in South India.She screwed up my happiness for one week and making me look like a cheap girl who has colored her hair with Henna and for all she did i had to pay Rs 3860:(.Now i am just going to another parlour to change it to a different color.
