Our experience was VERY BAD with them. We'd booked tempo traveler from Gurgaon to Lansdowne for 08/07/11 at 11:00pm to 10/07/11. But at the time of starting travel, they sent 3rd party tempo traveler that got punctured 3 times before reaching to our place. We tried to call them for more than 3 hours that night (till 2'o clock) but as per IRRESPONSIBLE behavior, they did NOT attend our call and next day simply said sorry. What the hell their service was, we lost our hotel booking amount and complete trip as well.
WE HAVE BEEN PROVIDED VERY BAD SERVICE.
