BEAM TELECOM one of the most popular sucking internet service provider in hyderabad..ohh I am sorry in the universe. These buggers never respond to any query. They never do things on time. They just raise some tickets to make you fool. My internet connection got disconnected 25 days back and I raised 15 tickets to fix the issue. All the tickets were closed without my notice. Finally I had to go to the branch office to talk to the manager personally and in just 5mins I figured out why the service of beam is so pathetic from the response I got from the the mgr. Every one working in beam are just horrible. They dont know what to do to fix a problem. They are just bluffers. Finally I did not get my connection. So I had to forget my 6months advance and had to switch to Airtel. Now I am a happy customer with Airtel and cheated customer with Beam cable in the past.
