I had availed services of Lustre facial, manicure, full body spa at the salon on Monday afternoon. My session was through a deal via snapdeal. There are only two staff and both of them are completely unprofessional in their approach. They needed to call and ask the Salon owner about the services and even for the payment post services. They lacked the basic know-how of techniques of facial/ nail-filing/ manicure/ body spa. Products used were of inferior quality. The deal stated a body spa of " Strawberry/ Alphonso Mango/ Magic oil and mud therapy/ Exotic chocolate spa". In the name of spa what I was given was a half back, half-leg and arms scrub ( with a very rough scrub) and a sandalwood pack ( made by diluting water and locally available sandalwood powder). Moreover, I was made to sit in a chair while the scrub was being applied. There is no changing room. To worsen the experience, another customer was given the same services in the same room ( they have only one room), the area has no ambience, has windows open on all sides giving an open view of outside. The session was an extremely horrific experience for me.
