I visited the gym today to check it out and potentially become a member. What an awful experience!!!! At the reception I was asked to fill in my name and mobile # which I declined, because until I decided to become a member I did not want to be harangued with calls. Then I was taken to the sales desk where is young snippet of a girl oozing attitude was asked to show me around. Right from the get go when I said I didn't want to provide my personal information just yet and would like to see the facilities, she had a huge chip on her shoulder. No interest, or client service skills were apparent. When I told her she needed to check her attitude, she turned around to me and said that her attitude was fine, she wasn't my servant and i needed to change my opinion!!! at which point i asked to speak to the manager- the little snitch apparently went and got the grand dame herself-leena mogre who then proceeded to tell me that my interests as a client were secondary to her employees....and did not reprimand or apologize for this girl's behavior. Her words. "X has dealt with over 3,000 clients and you are just another one. I trust my employees.' A classic example of Bombay's lack of service skills and pandering to income based clientele. Snob paradise... What a beautiful example of professionalism.....or lack thereof.
