I am from Hyderabad and am surprised that these people, in Gurgaon, have managed to recreate the same biryani taste that we get in local weddings almost precisely. I had mutton biryani here a few days back as I was referred to them by a friend and was amazed: I could have been eating in Hyderabad itself. It is a pity they don't advertise more aggressively. The counter boy confirmed that their biryanimaster is from Hyderabad. No wonder.
