I had bought a 1.5 ton Carrier split ac from Great Eastern, Bech Bagan on the 25th July'2011 under an offer. Its been a week, not got any call for installation. Went to their showroom as well yesterday, was promised that the same would be done yesterday itself. Also, since the same is under an offer/scheme - the standard installation charges of 1500 would be waived off. However, the same has not been honored till date. On enquiring with Carrier local office, they said there is no offer on the same and that the same is pending clarity from Great Eastern !! Im highly dissapointed with the service. Top it up, nobody responds on the landline ( for a week ), neither is any email id is being mentioned on their website. Hope some official is reading this and would care to respond.
