resp sir, i bought a nokia c5-03 handset from "ganpati mobile" hazratganj lucknow on 17 june and from that day i m nt able to use it as it get switch off(restart) all da tym........sir i get frustated bcoz i cant use my phone not even a single day....nokia care service is also at its worst...my phone is moved to head office twice>...so i request u to change my phone as soon as possible otherwise i have to go to the "CONSUMER FORUM"....
approx 1 week is completed bt i cant get any response or infomation abt my phone....this is the last tym i hv given my phone n i want it to change from u as soon as possible....
