I have been attending yoga classes for over 3 months now and I have already noticed that I have much more energy and stamina for my daily activities. My overall stamina has gone up dramatically. At the same time, my body is much more flexible and all the small nagging aches and pains in various joints have reduced.The breathing exercises help me relax a lot and I am much more peaceful and patient than before. I highly recommend these classes for all those interested in improving their health, both physical and mental.
