Furniture stuff of style spa is fine but service is too PATHETIC.I purchased one sofa around 5 yrs back on assurance from style spa thta after sale service is assured for the lifetime through any local style spa dealer (it might be chargeable which was okay) my husband being on posting job.The deal looked fine to me as i can get it repaired and even I can purchase more sofas of the same color pattern as per requirement.And i was satisfied by its use for 4and half yrs but now fr 6 mths i am having problem for which I needed to get it serviced.For last 6 mths i am continuosly in touch with kirti nagar style spa but it seems the request falls on deaf ears. They always refer to some third party vendor and absolves themselves from the duty.They mention that style spa donot have skill and capability of repairing hence get all things done through such persons. These persons never comes and repair, Store manager Ashfaq doesn't like to pick the phone. Now left with only one optin i.e. to throw the sofa in style spa HO and educate all customers about my experience.
