in reply to ms meera's comment above: the swimsuit in question had been badly frayed because it had obviously rubbed against some sharp surface. we had, in good faith, offered to get her a replacement, but this customer was adamant that she would'nt give us the damaged piece for us to return to the manufacturer! any REPLACEMENT can only be done as a REPLACEMENT; it is totally unfair on this customer's part to question our scruples when she herself admits we offered to courier the damaged piece to the manufacturer. p.s.anilkumar
