Terrible experience with these guys at Foyer in Ambimall
Picked up a few ceramic gifts. Came home and saw one of them broken. Packing was shoddy. They used punctured and used bubble wrap to pack. Most of the Ceramic item was not even covered. No wonder it broke.
I went back to the store the next day itself. They refused to exchange it saying that it is against their policy and they pack like this and transport it across the country. The store manager priya Jain even refused to give me her supervisor's phone no or email.
Guys .... Stay away from them.
Terrible service ..... Bad and untrained staff ...... Callous attitude
