What a pathetic showroom and what a pathetic store manager(forgot his name). I stepped into the store, looking for a galaxy s2 phone and I encountered this guy. They were charging 650 extra for providing their so called "insurance", another way of cheating people. I asked him why are you charging 650 extra when the same mobile is available for lesser rate in the Samsung showroom just beside this showroom and he straight forward told me "if you want to buy it's your wish else you can buy from the other store". I asked him, "Is this the way to talk to your customer?". Anyways he did not seemed bothered about it and started arguing with me. I asked him who is the store manager and to my shock, he himself was the store manager. WHAT A SHAME! I immediately stepped to the next Samsung showroom and got the Galaxy SII from there. The sales person at the next showroom was also telling me about the "attitude problem" of the Sangeetha's store manager. I will never visit this store again and will recommend in my company's portal and other company's portals to NEVER buy from this store.
