I had sent "Sodexho" coupons along with a tea packet through DTDC Kavalbyrasandra Center which was packed in front of the receiving clerk Mr. Chetan. In fact he helped me pack it. After I left he has removed those Sodexho coupons amounting to Rs. 5000 and he has just sent the tea packet for which he took a voucher and asked me to sign. The courier reached the destination with only the tea packet. On questioning DTDC, they are saying that these are restricted items but if these are restricted items why was I allowed to pack it? It is very clear that the booking clerk Mr. Chetan has stolen these coupons and the DTDC refuses to accept it neither are they interested in taking any action against this employee because I feel that even their higher officials are getting a cut money out of these kind of stolen money. BE AWARE OF THE KAVALBYRASANDRA OUTLET OF DTDC AND BE CAREFUL OF THIS BOOKING CLERK MR. CHETAN. HE WILL REMOVE ITEMS FROM YOUR PACKAGE WITHOUT YOUR NOTICE.

I have bought a Koryo washing machine from Ezone. This brand is supposed to be their own brand. It is almost 1 week now no one has come to my house to give any kind of demonstration. If this is the kind of service they are offering for demonstration, I am scared to think what kind of service will I expect in case my washing machine has a problem in future. PLEASE DO NOT BUY KORYO PRODUCTS AND PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EZONE RAJAJINAGAR. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
