I wanted to let you know about this:
There was some misunderstanding which is sorted out after talking to them.
They have kindly agreed to provide the service with new beginning.
I really believe the equipment and facility they have is really good and should help me out
in my weight reduction target. I am convinced with the fact that an Individuals body response could be slow and can take little extra time than others even though %age of that kind of cases is very less.
I am making good progress now in my weight reduction with their guidance.
I am sure I will have good experience with them going forward.

Worst Experience.
They will tell you that we will get you 15 kg weight reduce in 3 months but if you don't see even a 2kg of weight reduce in 1.5 months then they will start saying may be u are not following diet chart etc.
To get the customer, They will make all false promise that if you are not satisfied and if we are not able to get ur weight reduced then we will refund your money but they will give you receipt where it will be written "no refund policy" if u tell them they will say don't worry about that it's just a formality don't worry we will refund if we don't meet the promised kg weight loss .
We went to this Bannerghatta road branch and had this bad experience there was not even 1.5 kg weight loss in 1.5 month. we were not happy with the program so we asked for refund but then they started saying we don't refund and you are not following diet all possible excuse and they will not agree to refund.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMENED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
