The worst customer service. I have been going to this outlet for the past 7 years but recentl the quality of customer service has gone down completely. I asked for a duplicate SIM which they said will be activated in 2 horus. Its 4 days and still my sim is not active. I tried reaching the number on the reciept but of no use. It keeps ringing forever without anyone answering. When I went for a duplicate SIM I saw a customer who is fully disappointed as he has to go around the service center 6 times for a refund of 1000 thathtey have charged him for ISD deactivation. He said he is struggling for last 2 months to gt back the amount. They expect us to wait forever and there is just 1 customer service representative on a Monday evening. We had to wait for almost half an hour to get to speak to the only customer representative. Poor servie.
