We were a family of 8 people travelling to Goa during the first week of September. Going by the "JD Verified" mark, I chose to go with Push Tours and Travels. This turned out to be a big mistake. Pushkal Fernandes, the owner is big cheater. First they gave me a quote of INR 1600 for a Tata Winger for 80 kms and asked me to pay an advance for one day. He confirmed the rate on an email also. One day before I was supposed to be in Goa, one person from this office called me and confirmed the driver's details. However, only a few hours before we reached Goa, they called me and informed that the price is now 1800 for 80 kms. When I said, this is unethical, Pushjkal started shouting at me saying, take it or cancel it....and banged the phone. I called back and he said, we did not have the vehicle. Either pay 1800 or cancel it........and he was extremely rude to me. By the time, these discussions were over, we were in Goa and I had no option but to pay the extra amount.
So my warning to all the people.........
- Never ever go with Pushkal Fernandes and his Push Tours and Travels
- Do not believe the "JD Verified" symbol and place your trust on Just Dial
- Keep three to four options open, just in case you are blackmailed by people like Pushkal Fernandes.
