One of the worst places to buy. I bought an whirlpool AC but they delivered a piece that is not only defective but already used. Later I came to know that its a piece that was used for display in that shop.
when asked they took 2 weeks to send an replacement.Every day I have to call them and ask for status. The worst part is I have to pay delivery charges for the replaced piece as well.
While booking they promised to replace our single booster stabiliser for AC with double booster in case we have more voltage problem. Since single booster stabliler couldn't handle the fluctuation we asked for double booster stabiler as promised during sales but they are just giving excuses like stock not available whenever we ask.
Horrible after care service. While selling they will talk with honey in their words but after that its horrible.
My sincere advice don't waste your hard earned money by buying second rated stuff from this pathetic shop.
