I do not know if this is the forum, but I could not find any other for your company. I bought a ceiling fan on 9th Sept 2011. Since it started generating a lot of noise I complained to Mahavir Electricals, Bodella, Vikaspur, New Delhi-110018, from whom I had bought the fan. They directed me to local customer complaints, which turned out to be Kunal Enterprises. I lodged my complaint on 23rd Sept 2011. Same day two persons came, inspected, and said that due to fan shaft trouble, replacement is required. They made me sign on a form that the complaint had been attended to. They also said that in 3 to 4 days the fan would be replaced. Till now nothing has happened. In the mean time, I have spoken to Kunal Enterprises many times and the response has been that there is no fan in stock. They have also directed me to speak to Crompton Greaves and I have spoken to them on tel. nos. 23460700 and 23460701, but nothing happened, and then I was given the cell no. of Mr. Amit Kumar, Service Manager, with I spoke on 11/10/2011. He said that he would revert soon. I have not spoken to him or anybody today. Do you think my problem is being at all considered for solution ? To me it appears that you want to wear me out, so that I stop calling and stay with your defective fan. It is a matter of Rs. 1400/-. I can bear the loss. But would you expect me or my friends to still patronise Crompton Greaves for ceiling fans ? I shall wait for a few days more and then replace my fan with another company's. Thank you, Dr. J.
