We have purchased an ONIDA Microwave Oven during 15th Aug sale from the Ballygunj branch. A Bajaj mixie came along with the offer for which I paid ~ Rs 1000. I have not received the mixie till date. Every time I call , I hear that the mixie is out of stock for last 2 months . Whenever I call for the pickup of the mixie , an employee of Great Eastern Trading will give the story "that a truck is leaving Taratolla godown tonight, pls call tomorrow and come for pick up" . By now I have made atleast 20 calls or more. That tomorrow never came as the story line kept on changing every week. So from Independence Day we reached Diwali (new offer is advertized) I have been waiting for a mixie / grinder that I have paid for in cash 2 months ago.
I am an old customer, but this the level of service that they have gone down to ... so decide before stepping in to a store specially when offer items are over sold .
