Another story with the same store of me:
I took an additional pre-paid number (9986745752) on 27 Aug 2011, through a shop at Malleshpalya with passport copy for address proof, ID proof and a photo.
It got activated on 29 Aug 2011.
I travelled out station with that number and found it got deactivated on 9 Sep 2011.
After coming back I called customer care and they told my photo is not clear in the ID proof and I have to re-submit it again.
I visited Indira Nagar 100 ft road office on15 Oct 2011; and after waiting for 40 minutes in the queue the executive told me that I need to re-submit all documents and not just the id proof.
I had to go back and on 19 Oct 2011; I went to Church street store with all docs and a photo (US visa format).
There thought i did not wait in queue's they told the photo need to be a passport format and not teh one i carried (US visa format).
On 19 Oct 2011 I visited the same church street office with Address, ID and photo proof docs (nowindian passport size).
There was a drama there. I tried to take a ticket from the machine and the security guy told me I should not take one and asked me to wait.
After 5 persons passed fromt of me; I again tried to take a ticket; but the security very rudely stopped me and asked me not to take one. I told I am not being called; so I am taking one. Then another executive intervened and got me a ticket.
Now after verifying the docs that I had and after filling all the details in a form; they told me to give the sim card number. I am desperate and I asked why they did not tell me this the day before asking me to get a visa passport format.
As I did not had the sim with me, they gave me a number of Deepak AN (99036055357), and call and give my sim card no.
I called this guy on 20 Oct 2011 at 11.30 AM; and after repeatedly asking me to clarify what I want to talk(I felt he is not fully conscious). He told he is on leave; so he can't help.
I asked to give another number; but he refused rudely and said he is not supposed to give any number.
I searched in net for the church street number and called 9886008685. Somebody took and nobody actually spoke, I heard some noises; when I asked is it Vodafone store at Church street they disconnected couple of times.
I am waiting to go to the store today again and will update this story after that.
