Defective Product supplied by Khosla Electronics: Electrolux Microwave Oven EJ26CSL4-MMZ
I had bought a Electrolux 26 ltr Convection Microwave Oven Kit (Model number: EJ26CSL4-MMZ) on 12/10/2011 from Khosla Electronic Pvt Ltd Madhyamgram Kolkata. (Add: 116 Pushpa Arcade, 1st Floor, Sodepur Road, Madhayamgram, Kolkata - 700129)
At the point of sale, we were informed that the product would be delivered within 2 days & product demo will be shown within 4 to 5 days, however the same was delivered on the 4th day and demo shown on 10th day from my purchase. Only on the arrival of the company representative we opened the box & it was noticed that the product was not only defective (the main PCB of the machine was not functioning) but also had several components missing (like the warranty card & the Product Manual).
We had registered a complaint for replacement of the product but we are still waiting for a response/action on 28/10/2011.
