Sub : Misbehavior by Sales Persons at Serampore (Mahesh) Branch
Sir,
This has reference to Tax Cash Memo no. SC/04090/11-12 dt. 19.10.â11 of Rs.7200/- regarding purchased of 1 no. Godrej GWS6502 Semi Auto Washing Machine Set from M/s. Great Eastern Trading Co. 505, G T Road, Mahesh Serampore (Near Masir Bari), Hooghly (scan copy of your Tax Invoice enclosed).
In this regard, (1) As per advertisements were published by your concern in different newspaper, I am eligible to get 1 no. Reebock Wrist Watch & 1 no. Iron Set for booking of any home appliance within specific value range and (2) 1 no. Scratch Card from M/s. Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. while booking any of their home appliance products from 27.09.â11 â 31.10.â11.
But I am sorry to inform your good office, despite the product was already delivered on 22.10.â11 at my house, the above free gifts and scratch card neither handed over me while booking the product nor at the time of delivered the product. Apart from that no. of times, I was informed over telephone to your Serampore Branch office. But no one was ready to give me proper response / assurance regarding the matter till 30.10.â11. Finally, after several reminder, when I was talked over telephone on 31.10.â11, Serampore branch was informed me that all the above gift items were ready to handover me and I might be collect the same. Unfortunately, when I was went to Serampore Branch at yesterday evening (on 31.10.â11), Sales persons of your concern branch were handed over me 1 pc. Reebok Wrist Watch with no running condition, 1 pc. Jaipan Steel Iron (packing condition) and Rs.100/- shown as due on the Tax Invoice (after my objection, they were paid me the cash) for Cash Back Offer through Scratch Card in favour of M/s. Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd But when I was raised my objection to accept the Wrist Watch without running condition, your sales personâs version was, âWe are obligating to the customers to offer free gift items and there are no such guarantee from our concern whatever we delivered the gift items in bad / good / running conditionsâ.
I do not expect such bad versions from a reputed concern. Hence, I am deciding to inform your good office in writing and also requesting that to look such matters seriously. Otherwise, any other customers like me will be thought before visiting your any branch.
