'Bought something from AMazon.com from US. It was "Expedited Shipped" by AMazon using iParcel and its indian partner Expressit. These guys are such jerks, they took 5 days to send the courier from mum to hyderabad. and since then till date my courier has not been delivered. The helpline numbers are all bull***t they are all out of order/disconnected.i called up the call centre using the alt number i got from AMazon guys. One fool picked up, and kept asking me if i want to get the courier delivered ?????? Well hello the item isnt there with u to keep in a museum, u r "supposed" to deliver it. So lets take a summary:
1. Delivery Process : Crap
2. Customer Support : Needs serious support
3. Web service (site) : Was made in stone age and not updated
4. Chances of gettiing ur stuff: Almost Nil........ hey if u get it in time .......do put that info here.
Conclusion: AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID at any cost.
P.S. I'm still waiting for my package .......... the girl on the phone still says "Sir humne arrange kar diya hai"
