I am a regular customer of Levis store at KPHB colony and recently had to go to Dilsukhnagar to meet a few friends, so just to shop around we visited this store at Diluskhnagar and was surprised to see the staff so polite and felxible. I have never seen staff so good and responsible in any other branded store, not sure if these staff get trained by the Levis company temselves but they are well trained & friendly.
I am regular customer of this store, they always keep their stock updated and have the latest products from the market. The staff is so polite and customer friendly. This Sunday I went to buy a jeans but stock was not available, they have asked for my mobile number and informed that I would be informed once they get the stock, but I was not expecting any response, since it is their usual custom in every store in Hyd, but surprisingly they call me the next day and informed that they have the stock ready and asked to collect, I was more than happy with their response and immediately went to collect my jeans :-)
