they cheated us completely. We had hired them for photo and video graphing my parents function. We paid all the money that they had asked for shooting and photographing the function. They said that the DVD for the video is included in the price and for the photo if we want a karishma album we have to pay extra. After the function I said I don't want the karishma album I just want 4X6 prints. Now the plan for mr ramakrishnan who is the owner was to cheat us on the album by charging 7500 for it. When we said we don't want the album he started playing games. Now he says he won't even give us any footage of the video. Even after paying everything for the photo and video graphing I'm left with no memories because I didn't take an expensive album from him. I'm now outside India and I have called ramakrishnan so many times and he treats us like dirt. Very very unprofessional. These ppl shouldn't be doing business at all and the public shouldn't get cheated. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANYTHING. FIND A BETTER PHOTOGRAPHER IN CHENNAI WHOM YOU CAN ATLEAST TRUST AND NOT BE CHEATED. THEY EVEN DID A LOUSY JOB AT THE FUNCTION BY MISSING IMPORTANT MOMENTS.
