The reason i'm writing this mail is beacuse i have had a very bad experince with the company Gujralsons and i don't want anyone else to face the same. The first thing that they did was the delivery of the clothes was done late. We had to go through tough time to ultimately get our clothes stiched on the very day. Imagine how disastrous it was to sit in their shop on my wedding day as the wedding outfit was not ready as per the commitment. Infact i had ordered to stich the outfit one month prior to the wedding. Experience was really horrifying and when I have complained against the late delivery, floor manager Mr Ajay Kumar started shouting and defending his tailor. He spoke in very harsh way and ignore the fact of respecting customers. Mr Girish Gujral also intervened and started defending his tailor and misbehaved with me. This expreience was really bad and has taught me a lesson that is not to buy anything from Gujralsons as owner, his staff including his manager and also tailors, all are arrogant, rude, futile, waste of time and money.Gujral sons is not a good company to buy anything as they dont follow the principal law of marketing i.e. "Respect your customers". They are arrogant people as they are sitting in main area of Karol Bagh but they have forgotten the basic law and by not respecting customers they are ignoring a big fact i.e. customer power Thus I request and advise everyone not to visit Gujralsons and not to buy anything from them.
