Recently (12-12-2011) I purchased Whirlpool Washing Machine from Barrackpore, Great Eastern Trading Co. vide Cash memo no. BC/1054311-12.But the Washing machine supplied was found some damage in outside body, anyhow the machine had been replaced next day by 2nd one but again found damaged. The 3rd one also told the same terrified story with some other defect in outside body. Finally the 4th one had been received just yesterday on 22 Dec 2011 without any outside defect.I Pray to God that this time after opening the 4th Washing machine it will not create any other problem.
After 10 days of purchasing till today I am not in a position to use it as demonstraion rep has not come so far though the money you took in cash in first day itself. This clearly shows the irresponsibilty of the marketing part.
Anyhow, thanks for the way you are testing Customer's patience.
