Flexi Tours : Writes in bold that they are very transparent, in reality they are not. They book hotel only after looking to their profit margin, whereas they give in writing 4 star hotels and all. This has happened with me on South India package tour. They have confirmed me on mail for 4 star hotels, whereas hotels are not at all of even 3 star hotels. Not at all happy with their services. My Holidays has gone for toss and money in drain.
