Feedback on LAKME - KALYAN NAGAR
The only reason i am taking time to even write this email is that Once a upon a time Lakme was my favorite parlor and I would spend nothing less then 3000 on every single visit.
But now the thought of Parlor itself irritates me... Now I have slowly moved on to Body Craft on Assaye road in Bangalore. Please find below the reason i have moved on for.....
1. When we decide to go to a parlor its only to RELAX and PAMPER ourselves, However with lakme, I am always forced to do a Waxing after ahead massage or a Waxing after a Facial, Why would anyone want to go through a stress after a relaxing session?
When i tried to speak to the manager about this... I was shunned and looked down upon.
2.The Girls in your parlor just don't stop TALKING... They endlessly TALK TALK TALK & TALK.... They want to know where i work, what i cook, how i came... but in Body Craft... I am given my space... I can just sleep during a pedicure session or even a head massage with them.
3. The Girls in Lakme, Don't maintain personal Hygiene, they all have a terrible Body odor and their hands are all sweaty.
4.Customer Satisfaction is NIL
5.You should try a Waxing in Lakme, After a Tough session waxing, They use a OLD turkey towel, Which is soooo HARD to wipe the skin, This makes the skin all the more sore :( ... When i told the manager she asked me to inform the owner.... PHEW !!!!!
6. They don't know how to do the new services, That you advertise sooooo BIG. (All the floral and other stuff).
7. All the Bridal make up and Hair do... that u guys have an FB, Have you ever done that, Or are they Stolen pictures to Lure customers.Because none of your girls even know it
PATHETIC SERVICE, NO Value for money......
Have Shifted to Body craft on Assaye Road, The Price is better than lakme and the SERVICE is of 5 Star Class !!!!!!
