Nando's recently launched a new dish, Cataplana Algarve to its menu and I went to Nando's to check out what the dish was all about.
I went there for lunch during a weekday and was surprised to find that it was quite full. Even so, I was immediately ushered to a vacant table and was served water and handed the menu so that I could place the order.
Since I was there to check out the Cataplana Algarve, I went ahead and ordered just that and was pleasantly surprised to have my order served within 15 minutes of placing it.
The dish comes with a Designer Drink called Rosa Fresca, which is a concoction of Mint Mojito and Pomegranate Syrup.
The dish comprised signature Nando's flame-grilled chicken tossed with spicy rise, grilled peppers and chickpeas and for those of you not aware, Nando's has a variety of sauces ranging from Lemon and Herb to Extra Extra Hot to add that unique Peri-Peri flavor to its dishes.
When the bill finally arrived, it was Rs. 350 plus Taxes which is less than what one would expect to spend in a classy restaurant.
All in all, I would give my time at the restaurant 5/5 stars and the dish 4/5 stars.
