Use to be a fair place till early 2010, I am going there since last 5-6 years, finally stoped due to pathetic experience recently. Since the second half of 2010 their services started declining as their old skilled stuff left in groups due some reason unknown to me. Even the the owner couple who used to be humble at the begaining, with whom I have interacted many times went through attutude changes and doesn't care about customer feedback or satisfaction, money is all they want, not customer. Currently they got very limited skilled stuff, most of them don't even know how to handle or talk to customer, towels etc. they use are not clean. Specificly the Noida branch incharge, a female member behave like an uneducated, all my friends in Noida used to visit this center in the past due to good location and stuff, due to some or the other bad experience, they have stopped visiting this Salon. In current state of service, not worth wasting your money, with risk of spoiling your hair etc....sharing real experience of mine and my multiple friends....so girls and ladies...take right call and avoid this place unless you have no other options in urgency.
