BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDSTERS

If there was a rating below poor, I would have chosen that.They are a bunch of fraudsters.
We were told that the advance is completely refundable, we were told that we don't need to pay for the nurse's food, we were told that in case the patient heals or passes away with in a month, depending on the no. of days their service was used they would refund the balance.
However, we didn't get any refund even though the service was used only for 10 days. When asked,
We were told that the person we spoke to, who made us sign the forms and smiled and took away our money (Aishwarya) was new to the agency and didn't know the "policies".
We got a cheque for the advance after much haggling, even though we got it in writing from them, but it bounced. We have been chasing them for a cash payment now.
Even the location of their office was moved after we made the payment. Initially we met them in an office near Manipal Northside. Which it turns out now, was not their office at all.
Members of this agency whom we spoke to are
1. Aishwarya (who explained terms and conditions while payment was being made).
2. Datta (the owner of the agency who signed the bounced cheque)
3. Santosh
God only knows if we had let them alone with the patient at home, what they would have done.
