I am venkata ramana, frombangalore.
I have purchase nokia C5-03, but it is having touch screen problem, nokia care has repaired 2 times but again the problem remains the same. Its touch is not working properly. Its has technical fault in it. I want to replace it, as i m not able to use it, and most of the time i got stuck, even which has affected my work also. Your people from nokia care asking money to replace the touch screenfor small scratch mark on the top corner of the screen pad and also telling due to that only it is not working.but from day one onwards i am facing same problem.this is technical issue . i am fedup with it.i want relpace.your nokia care center people also irritated me.they are not trying to understand my problem , they are talking in irresponsible way.they are in helpless condition. can you help me i want immediate action onthis and try to give one solution to this.
Since last 6 years i am loyal to NOKIA brand, this is the first time i have felt such issues, & the experience is not good.
Seeking a kindfull action.
