I mohd munawar ali s/o mohd ibrahim BOOKED maruthi swift on 15/september/2011 through AGM mr ramakrishna mithra agencies hyd as on promised me delivery within three to four months .aftar four months when inquired AGM mr ramakrishna left the job, and the other sales person directly anoying the weithing period to eight to nine monthes .this period is only in mithra hyd,one of my friend booked and deliverd maruthi swift vdi white colour within three months from varun ,and one other friend got sanctioned swift vdi white in three monthes seven days.when i reached mithra and asked my stage of swift the mithra sales manager mr buchapathy arguing with me and my friend saying go to maruthi company. handling the custumer depending on damand of wehicle is not custumer service. my booking complets five monthes fifteen days .after cheap behavior s/m buchapathy we said to give in writing the delay.after argument he promised to deliver swift vdi white before 1st of april in front of mithra staff, now they are anyoing white and promise to deliver red after five and half monthes im not satisfied with service colour and time.i n my family purchased cars from ford,hundai,tata,toyata,cheverlet, but never fased the service like salea manager buchapathy.my p.9246366187. salwamachinetool@yahoo.com
